1) Follow A Daily Routine

So whether your baby wakes up at 7:00 AM every morning or you feed him or her every four hours during a 24-hour period, developing a regular pattern will help calm your baby down and make everyone more comfortable. It may take time before your baby fully appreciates his new schedule, but eventually, he or she will adjust and embrace it.
2) Use Sleep Associations
Being consistent with a specific sleep association can help babies fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
